| 1. remove all the feet and the screws from the bottom of the console |

| 2. remove the warranty label at the rear of the console |
 |
| 3. above: version 4-7 with 8 screws, version 1-3 has 10 screws click here if you are unsure raise the rear end of the console up first and then slide forward carefully remove the reset and eject clip from lid |

| 4. remove the four small screws and lift tray lid cover then remove the white center piece |
 |
| 5. place the white cap into position on the new Magic Case Lid |
 |
| 6. re-attach the reset and eject cable to the Magic Case Lid slide the front of the lid on the console, becareful not to catch the power cable, tape to the side then press the back of the lid down. |
