1) Turn over the console and remove those 6 screw covers and screws.

2) Turn over again and remove the cover from the left hand corner.

3) Starting remove from the top left corner, bottom left corner, and then whole piece.

4) The PS2 should now be displayed as above.

5) Unscrew the 2 tiny screws which under the cover.

6) Lift the cover off. (the cover can be take out when it is half opening)

7) The PS2 should now be displayed as above.

8) Now you can install the flip top cover. (The cover can be install when it is half opening)

9) Turn over the cover and screw back those 2 tiny screws.

10) Attach the Flip Top Cover to the console carefully.

11) Turn over it and replace screw covers & screws.

12) Enjoy it!
